Fun Time Parties

World of Wheels has been the home for “super fun” field trips and groups for over 50 years!

2 hour block for your group to skate.

$550 for up to 50 and only $10.90 per skater after that with roller skates included.

Inline and skate mates available at extra charge.

Morning 1 1/2 hour daycare rate
You may bring up to 40 kids and the cost will be just $399.00.
Over 40 skaters, cost will be only $9.49 for each extra skater.

School or Organization Fund Raising Parties

The fun way to raise money!
Cost is only $11.00 per skater
Includes two hours of skating fun for everyone!!
Quad skate rental is included for everyone if needed.
(Inline skate rental upgrade $2.00 ea.)
50 to 75 skaters – Get 25% of admissions returned to school or organization
76 to 149 Skaters – Get 33% of admissions returned to school or organization
150 Skaters or More – Get 50% of admissions returned to school or organization

Fundraising roller skating parties
To help promote your party, we provide your group with promotional fliers listing all of the pertinent information (date, time, charges, etc). These fliers should be picked up at the World of Wheels Skate Center at least one week prior to your party and distributed to the students of your school or members of your organization at least a few days before the party.
There is no charge for this service!

Party & Event FAQ

How do the open session parties work?

You will be provided a party room for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Drinks & pizza (if you have chosen a package with drinks & pizza) will be delivered after the party start time (you choose when at check in time.) We will direct everyone to your room so you don’t have to worry about gathering everyone up when it’s pizza time. Cake time should follow immediately after. The last 15 minutes should be set aside for clean‑up and collecting anything you’d like to take home. One of our team members will come by shortly after to take care of the remaining cleaning. 

Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled party time. If your party begins at the start of a skating session, early entry is not available. For parties scheduled later in the skating session, early entry may be allowed even if the party room isn’t ready. All party guests are welcome to roller skate for the full session. We will not extend party room times due to lateness.

You and your Guests are provided a private session for 2 hours. Drinks & pizza (if you have chosen the ultimate pizza package) will be delivered 30mins after the party start time.  We will direct everyone to the seating area so you don’t have to worry about gathering everyone up when it’s pizza time. Cake time should follow immediately after (about 45 mins to the end). The last 15 minutes of the party we will have a team member begin cleaning up while you are collecting anything you’d like to take home.

You can come in 15 mins before your scheduled time and begin setting up. Your guest can start coming in right at the start time. We will not extend party times due to lateness.

We do allow all of our parties to decorate! However, please keep this simple! Table cloths and balloons are a great way to decorate!                      ****No wall decorations please!****

Sorry, but we do not allow any outside food or beverages to be brought in. You may bring in Cake and ice cream if you have a scheduled party with us, but nothing else, this includes: veggie trays, fruit trays, chips, and juice boxes. Our parties include drinks, pizza and unlimited water. Everything is made in a ServSafe Kitchen. NO GUM PLEASE!

Birthday Candles are more then welcome! We do provide lighters as well. No need to bring your own.

Its all included at no additional charge! You don’t need to bring anything in on the day of your party. We will provide cake servers as well.

No, we don’t need a guest list!  Please have all your Guests you invite tell us the first name of the birthday person and that they’re invited to your party when the arrive to get in with the party package.

The deposit is non‑refundable.
If you need to reschedule, you may apply your deposit to a new date as long as you notify us at least 7 days before your event. Your reschedule must be chosen and booked within 30 days of your original party date. This means the new date does not have to occur within 30 days, it simply needs to be selected and scheduled within that 30‑day window.

You will be asked to pay before you leave at the end of your party (we’ll keep a tab open so you can add anything we may offer). We accept Cash, Debit or Credit Cards. Sorry, we don’t allow any checks or gift cards.

Each party comes with 4 adult spectators included. Extra adult spectators are $5, and all children must pay admission. Non‑skating adults are welcome to walk on the skate floor to assist their child. Adults who decide to skate can buy admission and rental at the ticket window.

Adult Birthday Parties will be charged for each guest attending.

We ask that all parties pick up all trash, including all plates, napkins and cups etc. Please be considerate don’t allow the kids to throw cake or make a mess. Your party room may be used right after you for another party guest. We don’t want the next birthday child to wait for their room because of messes. A $50 excess cleaning fee may apply. The last 15 minutes should be set aside for clean‑up and collecting anything you’d like to take home. One of our team members will come by shortly after to take care of the remaining cleaning.
